As soon you book our service, our representative will reach out to you to confirm all the details of the trip. A well trained chauffeur will be assigned to your trip and the chauffeur information will be sent to the client one day prior to the trip date. The chauffeur will be at your pick address 15 minutes prior to the pickup time and he/she will chauffeur will be directly contact you via a text message or a call and will make arrangements for the pickup.
